Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges on musical instruments or accessories that are damaged, tampered with, or missing parts.

Minor scratches, dents, finish marks, or wear caused during regular handling, trial, or transit are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.

Damage to the original manufacturer’s packaging (box, case, covers, etc.) may affect eligibility for exchange.

All items must be returned (if approved for exchange) with the original bill, owner’s manual, warranty card, and all accessories provided at the time of purchase.

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

Store Credit (issued as Reward Points) will be valid for one 6 month from the date of issue and can be used for future purchases at our store.
Order Modification & Refund Policy
1. Order Changes (Before Dispatch)
Customers may request modifications to their order within 10 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been dispatched.
After this time, changes may not be possible.
2. Order Changes (After Dispatch)
If a modification request is made after the product has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for two-way shipping charges (return freight + re-shipping cost).
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be processed under the following circumstances:

The ordered product is unavailable, or
-
There is a genuine issue that the company is unable to resolve through repair, replacement, or support.
4. Guitar Condition & Damage Policy
If the guitar is damaged due to customer handling (including scratches, cosmetic marks, dents, breakage, or misuse), a 10% handling/restocking fee will be deducted from the product value.
In such cases, a refund will not be initiated. If a guitar has a manufacturing or technical defect attributable to the company, it will be eligible for service, repair, or replacement as per our policy.
Important Note:
The above 10% deduction does not apply if the same unit is being returned to the customer after inspection. It applies only when a new replacement unit is issued.
? Power Supply & Compatibility – Important Notice
If you are unsure about the correct power supply specifications or compatibility with your setup, please contact us before placing your order or connecting the pedal.
Guitar and bass pedals require a specific power supply with the correct:

Current rating (mA)

Polarity (centre negative/centre positive as specified)
⚠ Using an incorrect or non-recommended power supply can permanently damage the pedal’s internal circuitry.
Please Note:

We strongly advise customers to confirm power specifications with our support team before use.

Damage caused by wrong voltage, incorrect polarity, unstable adapters, or incompatible accessories will not be covered under warranty.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Any damage due to misuse, mishandling, liquid exposure, voltage fluctuation, or use of non-recommended power supplies will void the warranty.
? Unboxing Video – Mandatory for Claims
A clear unboxing video (from package opening to product inspection without cuts) is mandatory for:

Refund requests

Replacement requests
-
Missing / damaged item claims
Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process any claim.
? Refund Policy (India Orders)
Once you hand over the return package to the courier, refunds are processed within 30 working days.
This includes:

5–10 working days for reverse pickup / courier transit

3–5 working days for product inspection and approval
-
7–10 working days for bank/payment gateway processing
In many cases, refunds are completed earlier depending on the payment method and bank processing time.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
