1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all serviceable locations in India. Delivery availability may vary depending on courier partner reach and pin code serviceability.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Custom, imported, or made-to-order instruments may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • 3. Shipping Charges

    • Free shipping on orders above ₹ 5000 Depends up on ongoing offers*.

    • A standard shipping fee of ₹ 100 applies to orders below ₹ 2000.

    • Oversized or heavy instruments (e.g., drum sets, pianos, amplifiers) may incur additional shipping charges.

    • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

    4. Estimated Delivery Time

    • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

    • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–8 business days

    • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

      Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

    5. Packaging & Handling

    We take extra care in packaging musical instruments using:

    • Protective padding and reinforced cartons

    • Waterproof wrapping (where required)

    • Fragile labeling for delicate items

    Despite careful packaging, minor external packaging damage during transit may occur. Please inspect your order upon delivery.


    6. Order Tracking

    Once your order is shipped:

    • You will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

    • You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

    If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.


    7. Damaged or Missing Items

    If your order arrives damaged:

    • Record an unboxing video without pause.

    • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery on call or whatsapp our number 8357957235

    • Share photos/videos at [support email].

    Claims without unboxing video proof may not be eligible for replacement.


    8. Shipping Restrictions

    • We currently do not ship internationally.

    • Certain large instruments may not be deliverable to remote locations.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be unavailable for high-value orders above ₹ 10000


    9. Failed Delivery Attempts

    If delivery fails due to:

    • Incorrect address

    • Customer unavailable

    • Refusal to accept delivery

    Re-shipping charges may apply.
